Ritz-Carlton Residence

This residential renovation at the Ritz-Carlton Residence encompassed millwork and stone installations throughout the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The scope delivered custom kitchen cabinetry and stone countertops, an integrated living room media and desk wall unit, built-in bedroom furnishings with integrated LED lighting, and dual master bathroom vanities with a matching linen closet.

Where the schedule was won

About twenty-four weeks. The wall unit runs desk, fireplace and TV enclosure together, and the bed, headboard and floating nightstands are built in — integrated millwork is set out once, not adjusted piece by piece later.
