Budget pricing in 3–5 working days, hard bid in 7–10. Incomplete sets are fine — we price what exists and write down the assumptions for the rest. If we cannot make your date we will say so within a day. Homeowners: tell us what you are planning and where, and we come back within a working day with what happens next.
