We have been building in New York since 2016 — private homes and apartments, hotels and restaurants, shops and libraries. Some clients come to us with an architect already; some come to us first. Either way one firm holds the job.
Cabinetry, panelling and joinery are usually the slowest part of a renovation, and most contractors send that work out. Ours is drawn, cut and finished at 284 Meserole Street and installed by our own crew. That is why our dates hold, and why a detail arrives looking the way it was meant to.

That shop also travels further than the contracting does. General contracting is a New York City business for us. The millwork ships and installs up and down the East Coast, from Maine to Miami.
