Architectural millwork · 284 Meserole Street
We take millwork packages on other people’s jobs as well as our own. Drawn, cut and finished in our 8,000 sq ft Brooklyn shop, delivered and installed by our own crew — so the fit is our problem, not the GC’s and not yours.

Shop drawings
Those two schedules sit on every sheet, and every code on the drawing points back to one of them — so a face marked WD-04 is the same walnut wherever it appears. Each sheet is redlined against your details in house before it reaches you. One review cycle is the target, not the exception.
Lead times — from receipt of a complete set
whichever your set supports — not both
from written approval of drawings and samples
Working days. The solid bar is the quick end of the range, the tint is the slow end. Lead times run from receipt of a complete set of drawings and a signed order; incomplete information extends them.
We install up and down the East Coast, from Maine to Miami. If we cannot make your date we will tell you within a day rather than sit on it.

What we need to price a set properly
Incomplete sets are fine. We price what exists and write down the assumptions for the rest, so a gap becomes a line you can read rather than a surprise later.
