The Surrey, a Corinthia Hotel

212 Renovations Group completed a staircase installation at The Surrey, a Corinthia Hotel. The work included the fabrication and installation of custom Corian-cladded stairs.

Where the schedule was won

Twelve weeks against a fourteen-week schedule, worked at night. The Surrey was operating throughout, so the stair went in around the hotel rather than the hotel around the stair.

What the detail required

The project featured custom Corian cladding applied to stairs.
