212 Renovations completed a partial apartment renovation at 251 West 91st Street in New York City. The project featured custom walnut wall panels and a patina brass bar.

About twenty weeks, working room by room rather than gutting the apartment. The walnut panelling and the patina brass bar went in without the rest of the home coming apart around them.
