212 Renovations Group completed a gut renovation of a two-bedroom apartment at 40 East 80th Street in Manhattan. The project was executed in collaboration with Alexander Butler Design Services.

About twenty weeks. Integrated smart home technology adds a trade that has to be roughed in before anything closes up: those decisions land early in a gut renovation, and they are expensive to revisit.
