212 Renovations Group completed a custom woodwork and interior package for a private residence on Downs Path in Southampton, NY. The project scope centered on fabricated interior architectural woodwork.

Where the schedule was won

About sixteen weeks. The fireplace built-in — thirty-three feet long, fourteen high — shipped in sections rather than as one piece, which puts the difficulty in the joints and the setting-out rather than in the shop.

What the detail required

The scope included fabrication and installation of a 33-foot-long by 14-foot-high fireplace built-in integrating metal inlays, coordinated with matching wall panels and door jambs.
